Samples
Samples are provided for R&D and testing purposes. These are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Bulk Orders
- Returns are only accepted in case of proven product defect or damage upon delivery.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 working days of receiving the shipment.
- Products must be returned in original, sealed packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after inspection of returned goods.
